An existing garage was converted into a Library for a retired Lawyer's book collection, including custom cedar bookshelves, bathroom, and fireplace. Project involvement included Existing Conditions Survey through Construction.
5th Avenue Apartment Renovation; 2,850SqFt
An existing two apartment combination was renovated with ADA standards to accommodate a daughter with Cerebral Palsy. New layout was required to achieve an ADA Bedroom-Bathroom Suite, as well as a Living Room Dining Room rotation to face Central Park. New custom cabinetry was designed throughout, and finishes, fixtures and fittings were selected. Special attention was provided to Base Building Architect review and approval, as well as coordination with the DOB Permit Application Drawings.
