About

Was recently hired by Jill Menoff Architect, a high-end residential design firm.

In addition to a five year Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, I offer eight years of high-end residential design experience at top published firms in New York City.

Highlights of my experience include:

  • Building Developer's Own 2,600SqFt Apartment with 2.6MillDlls Budget where I was responsible for the Construction Document preparation and weekly Construction Observation, including coordination of Mechanical Engineer, Audiovisual, Lighting, and Fireplace Consultants. Multiple construction details, including complex Millwork were prepared thoroughly and all millwork was installed by Sub-Contractor without error.
  • Waterfront Home and Guest House with Pool, 7,600SqFt, where I was involved in all Design Development preparation and worked on an extensive Construction Document Set for local Architect to use during Construction Observation, in Maryland.
  • Beachfront Home, 2,800SqFt where I was Project Manager and designed the project with a carefully controlled budget, supervised wood model fabrication, prepared Construction Documents in coordination with Structural Engineer, and made weekly Construction Observation meetings.

I am receptive and willing to work with the designer's standards. I am detail oriented and seek to ensure proper coordination of all areas to achieve quality design in projects of all sizes.

Thank you for reviewing my Profile.
