As a project coordinator I ensure organization of project details and correspondence between all disciplines and parties. I order and collect material samples, design attachment/ connection details and render conceptualization images using 3D/ 2D software.
Project Coordination also involves setting up re-occuring meetings for project progress and oversight for the entire team. As well as handle the records of meeting minutes and distribution of tasks. All to ensure an on-time deliverable.

Turner Construction/ Foster Construction, Miami, FL, US, Pre-Con Estimator
Contracted as an estimator for the Pre-Con phase of a new Rehabilitation Center at Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. I worked in a small team to put together bid packages and organize outreach events to inform SBE contractors and get them experience on such a large scale project. I reviewed Construction Documents, bids, qualified specs and conducted take- offs- all using Blue Beam Revu, On Screen Take Off and Microsoft Excel.
