I have an overall understanding of commercial projects. As a Production Staff at LeeSak, I worked on commercial projects including hotels, resort villas, restaurants, and warehouses, and had comprehensive project experience from Concept Design to Construction Document phase. I also helped our BIM Manager on standard details and previous project documentations.
I'm a good visualization designer. I independently completed on perspective renderings for Kadena Air Force Visiting Quarter when I worked at LeeSak Architects. My rendering skill was highly recognized by my coworkers and boss who decided to publish my rendering work on the company website.
I'm an experienced communicator. As a Design Associate at Lupine Properties, I am independently responsible for several projects from site measurements all the way to get Building Permits. I not only drafted architectural construction drawing set, but also coordinated with our marketing team, Building Department of local cities, and engineering consultants.
