About 

Architect from Universidad Simon Bolivar, located in Caracas, Venezuela. With expertise on AutoCAD drafting, 3D modeling in Sketchup, Rhinoceros, 3DS & Revit and rendering with VRay, Mental Ray and Podium. Advanced use of the Adobe Master Collection, especially Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. 

Recently developed proposals for the new Panama Global City, a project of 1300 HA, including a logistics & business hub, residential areas, sports city, an art district, a golf club and a theme park.

Worked as a site supervisor with an engineering company, designing a range of retail , restaurant & hospitality projects, creating budgets, overseeing personnel and contractors on site.

Explored at Terreform ONE the social, economic, and ecological possibilities of urban transformation set in the context of severe climate dynamism and designed solutions to alleviate storm impact through various urban interventions that re-purposed spaces towards environmental adaptation.

Worked with adaptive re-use at the Czech Technincal University in Prague during coursed relevant to a master of architecture.  Worked in the digital crafting of ideas workshop using Rhinoceros in MedioDesign in Barcelona, Spain. 

Contributed as a social worker by designing public spaces inside the biggest slum of South America, Petare in collaboration with the office of the mayor of Sucre, published in the book 'Intervention on Public Spaces Inside Slums Around Sucre Municipality'. 

Employment 

Panama Global City, Panama City, PA, Architectural Designer

Designing and general master-planning renderings and montages of several hectares of an1300 HA complex. Lead local architect of the project, working directly with the head developer. My services included the master-planning of residencial lots for medium income residents, establishing a social housing area with all its services, including schools and hospitals. Especific development of social housing units and macro-lots.

Local adviser for the Wyatt Group on the design of the Theme Park area. General landscaping design and urban solutions.

FB Ingenieria y Proyecos, Panama City, PA, Lead Architect

Design projects for the local office and the Venezuelan branch. Worked in several retail and restaurants, starting from the design and drafting, to consulting with the client, developing 3D models and renderings. Elaborated budgets for the construction of said projects, hired contractors and personnel, and general overseeing and supervision on site.

Developed the digital interface of the company, maintaining social networks and designed the company portfolio.

Overseeing of three residential projects and several office spaces. Developed, designed and built four restaurants, a bakery, three boutiques and one concept store within a period of a year.

Terreform ONE, New York, NY, US, Architectural Researcher

Terreform ONE is a national non-profit, award-winning architectural and urban design group commited to excellence in ecological design. Conducted research projects of innovative concepts and appropriate technologies for local sustainability in matters as: energy, transportation, building technology, synthetic biology, waste treatment, food, and water.

Worked in the manufacturing of the Bio City Map of 11 Billion, an official selection of the Venice Biennale of 2014.

Specifically, explored the social, economic, and ecological possibilities of urban transformation set in the context of severe climate dynamism and designed solutions to alleviate storm impact through various urban interventions that re-purposed spaces towards environmental adaptation.

Developed a thesis around flooding solutions for the areas of Midland Beach and Ocean Breeze in Staten Island, that was awarded with honors.
