My services included the master-planning of residencial lots for medium income residents, establishing a social housing area with all its services, including schools and hospitals. Especific development of social housing units and macro-lots.

Worked in several retail and restaurants, starting from the design and drafting, to consulting with the client, developing 3D models and renderings. Elaborated budgets for the construction of said projects, hired contractors and personnel, and general overseeing and supervision on site.
