Constance is an architectural designer and partner in the research and design practice Vale Collins Studio, based in Los Angeles. The practice undertakes conceptual and aesthetic investigations with an interest in the relationship between art and architecture. Constance earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design and her Master of Architecture from Yale School of Architecture, where she received the Moulton Andrus Award for Excellence in Art and Architecture and two Feldman Nominations. She is an Assistant Professor at Washington University in St. Louis and has previously taught design studios and courses in history and theory at SCI-Arc and design studio in the summer programs at UCLA and Parsons. She practiced for four years in New York City, Pittsburgh and Los Angeles.
