Responsible for project development and delivery from initial design stages to the final project close-out, including kick-off meeting, scope reports, design documents, construction administration, and project close-out. Other duties include:

Ensuring that BCC/DOB/FDNY filing is streamlined and done in a timely manner.
Working with the team on project design, project schedule, work plan and project budget for an assigned project.
Manage various trades for specific project (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, etc.) in-house or separate non-AECOM sub-consultants.

Working closely with other professionals, independently preparing and presenting client focused design solutions.
Preparing and reviewing models and drawings during all design phases.
Coordinate and collaborate activities with employees in other disciplines and departments, internally and externally.
In collaboration with focus driven team, performing technical assignments of moderate to high complexity consistent with approved schedules and budgets.
Supporting the pursuit of exciting new transportation / aviation projects in the US and worldwide.
Prepare designs, renderings, sketches, diagrams, schematic and working drawings to illustrate design solutions.
Develop and document details to communicate design intent. Edit specifications and schedules.
Develop, adapt, or modify design features and details.
Select and specify finish materials and finishes.
Advise and mentor team members.

maintaining the standard & quality of finished products. Scope of work included designing new buildings, as well as the extension, renovation and demolition of existing buildings. Leading design teams, conducting field surveys, overseeing design development, specifications, outlining work schedule and budgeting of hours for teams, attending meetings & corresponding with clients, contractors, designers, engineers, expediters, and team members involved. Coordinating various aspects of ongoing and future projects that the firm ventures upon are among the many responsibilities successfully balanced. Drawings produced include, but is not limited to, plans, elevations, sections, details, riser diagrams (gas, plumbing, sprinklers, etc.), 3D visualizations and post-renders with the utilization of relevant software. Assistance provided in the submission and approval of documentation to all related project works while also aiding to collect pending monetary transactions representing the firm.
