My area of expertise is Healthcare Design and Planning. The role of the Project Coordinator included (but not limited to) Revit design and documentation for Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document phases. Programming work included square footage calculations/feasibility, Excel spreadsheet program development, meeting notes, stacking diagrams, and revit/physical gaming chip model creation. Project work also included Code Research, ADA Code Compliance, TDSHS and FGI space analysis, Life Safety review, equipment layout, MEP coordination, Revit Family Creation, Sitework, Material Specification research, Research study report and analysis, as well as Newforma project documentation.

The University of Kansas Health + Wellness Graduate Program game me the opportunity to work with a group to develop a Sustainable ICU prototype with a renowned expert in intensive care, Mahbub Rashid. I also worked with a group on an award-winning entry for the Nurture Emergency Waiting Room Design Competition under the direction of Frank Zilm, an expert in ER and OR design. I also had the ability to develop a thesis project for an accessible health village, which connected an adaptable housing community with the resources of a health clinic.
