As a Corporate Recruiter at U-Haul International I am responsible for delivering recruitment success throughout the company, to include full cycle recruitment and selection of all open positions at our Corporate Headquarters. My Responsibilities include executing job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, tracking applicants, coordinating interviews, facilitating pre-employment tests and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. I help develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain a qualified talented workforce. I achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising hiring managers.
