About

I AM AN INTERIOR DESIGNER BASED IN NEW YORK.  COMMERCIAL DESIGN IS MY FOCUS.

I create stimulating, functional, and thoughtful spaces that offer a collective experience.  My interest lies in the built environment and the ability to create efficient, meaningful spatial moments.  I enjoy world travel, appreciate design as it speaks to lifestyle, historical context, as well as the integration of technology’s influence on the future of design.

Simplistic spaces ground me, while, simultaneously I enjoy designs that throw me off balance with dynamic qualities.  I’m into natural elements that support a holistic lifestyle and am fascinated with the collaboration of diverse textures and raw materials as they directly relate to the built environment that we live in today.

As a recent graduate of it’s Master’s Program, NYSID has offered me a critical thinking environment that helped me hone and cultivate my skill and specific interests. While holding a background in Architectural Engineering, in addition to Building Code and Law Consulting, I am comfortable connecting all areas of Architecture and Interior Design as they relate to one another. I can proudly say that I am proficient at mastering new design programs, and enjoy these tools to their full advantage. At the same time I will always have a soft spot for the simplicity of the straightforward and raw conceptual design process- my trusty pen and paper.

Currently, I’m preparing to take my education to the next level by testing for my CID license with the National Council for Interior Design.  While I continue on the journey of finding a design firm that will support my exploration of commercial space design, I am excited to watch the field of Architecture and Interior Design grow as well as grow with it.

I love every aspect of designing and contributing to commercial spaces.  And, most important, I’m confidant about my offering.
