Currently assisting principal in project management
-Assisted in the CDs for St. Joseph's Cathedral located in Brooklyn, NY. Completed.
-Completed multiple Zoning Analysis for high rise residential and mix use buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
-Developed DD and CD drawings as well as assisted the Principal in project management for multiple Office interior jobs throughout Manhattan.

• Assisted project managers in the development of construction documents of retail project roll outs including Petco, Office Depot, JCPenny, Advance Auto Parts, Hertz, Lipsy, Cortefiel, Promod, Famous Footwear, and Sears.
• Soley created a schematic plan for a tenative Applebee’s restaurant in upstate NY.
• Surveyed and drafted for LIPA center in Melville, NY for new interior renovations work.
