Low Residency Sustainable Design program which dealt with sustainability issues at global, regional, local, and detailed level. Topics ranged from general issues with sustainability, building design, urban planning, energy calculations and analysis, and product and material specification. Program required a Capstone thesis, for which I focused on disaster preparation, response, and recovery through Resilient thinking.

Projects included small pavillions, a boathouse for the LSU crew team, mixed use developments, a sustainable urban renewal master plan, and a LEED certified Las Vegas casino. Research focused on the history of the Perkins Road Overpass area in Baton Rouge and Historic Districts & Guielines.
