MK Think, San Francisco, CA, US, Project Architect

My primary role at MK Think was to be the project architect on a K-8 private boys school in the Pacific Heights Neighborhood of San Francisco. My duties included a two phase design of the school that ranged from schematic design and entitlements to Construction Administration and project completion. The project was extremely complex and involved dozens of client stakeholders, zero lot lines that backed onto multimillion dollar homes, a 30 foot deep excavation adjacent to these neighbors. And if that was not enough, half the school remained operational directly adjacent to the construction site.
