Partnered with internal company departments in forming project scope for both new Equinox fitness clubs and renovations of existing clubs. Created mood boards, conceptual space plans, detailed floor plans, millwork and lighting details, and material palettes. Hired and managed external consultants, including architects and engineers, ensuring project scope was executed appropriately. Coordinated construction administration phases of projects, consisting of landlord review and approval processes, permitting, and general consultant management.
