Partnered with internal company departments in forming project scope for both new Equinox fitness clubs and renovations of existing clubs. Created mood boards, conceptual space plans, detailed floor plans, millwork and lighting details, and material palettes. Hired and managed external consultants, including architects and engineers, ensuring project scope was executed appropriately. Coordinated construction administration phases of projects, consisting of landlord review and approval processes, permitting, and general consultant management.

Provided conceptual studies, drawings, and design presentations for review with owners and developers during initial feasibility and schematic design phases of various lifestyle hospitality-based projects. Produced permit, design development, and construction drawings, ensuring applicable building code and zoning requirements were met; conducted building material, systems, and specifications research; coordinated with project consultant teams throughout all project phases. Guided projects throughout construction administration and closeout phases; responded to RFIs and reviewed both submittals and shop drawings, and attended regular on-site progress assessments.
