I am a licensed, Brooklyn based architect with nine years of experience. I hold a Master of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase College. This past fall, I was an adjunct professor teaching architecture software at SUNY Delhi University, and have been a guest critic at several schools, including Delhi and Kean Universities. Since my departure from Gensler as a project designer, I founded Salterworks, which is aimed at urban design for the betterment of the public and socially conscious architecture.
I am proficient at Revit, Enscape, Adobe CSS, Rhino, and CAD. I specialize in visualization and rendering, and love to be be a part of the creative process of conceptualization. With 15 years of experience as a carpenter, the construction phase of architecture is just as exciting as the first steps of a project.
I am available for full-time work in New York City. If you have any questions, or would like to schedule an interview, don't hesitate to e-mail at salter.andrew@gmail.com or call at 347.526.9023.
