I’m an intern architect with 7 years of experience in the architectural field, and have passed the first two of the five ARE exams. Though still in NCARB's IDP process, I have been Lead Architect on several small projects with the guidance of a licensed architect. I was responsible for the design, the working drawings, and management of these projects. I currently work as an intern at GSB Inc in Oklahoma City, OK where we work with hospitality clients like Disney, Love's and Marriott.
My volunteer experience includes Helena Montana's Public Art Committee and Canstruction. While with Helena's Public Art Committee, I was their event planner for two years for their main fundraiser, Chalk-Up Helena . During this event, young and old are encouraged to draw on the sidewalks of Downtown Helena. I've also participated in Canstruction in Oklahoma City where food cans are stacked into amazing sculptures to raise money for the Salvation Army. During the last three years, I've helped stack cans, create building instructions, and had fun with my fellow teammates as we built sculptures with over 1,000 cans.

This is a small work environment, and such I have been responsible and involved in the majority of the projects. I have done promotion (RFPs/RFQs, brochures, communication with potential clients), design, client relations, consultant/contractor relations, construction documents, as-builts, existing condition documentation, remodels, new construction, construction management and more. Despite still in the IDP process, I have been lead architect on several projects with the guidance of a license architect. I have been responsible for the graphic design of the firm and administration.
