About

I am a Registered Architect in CA and certified by NCARB.  I have 10 years of experience working on a wide range of projects, from residential and retail interiors to small commercial and resort development.  I cut my teeth as an Architect and gained registration during 7 years of practice in Los Angeles, where I was a Project Architect on several prefabricated modern homes, some affordable and some high-end.  I was able to see 3 projects through from Schematic Design to Certificate of Occupancy in this time, as well as collaborate on many others in-house.  I am also a LEED Accredited Professional (Homes) and very familiar with the relative sustainability guidelines and implementation methods as well as the certification process.  Most recently I have lived and worked in Quito, Ecuador under contract to manage and produce DD and CD sets for client review/approval and permitting on a large sustainable resort complex to start construction along the coast this Spring.

Throughout my education and professional training I have always sought experience in the full array of design and construction aspects as they relate to an Eco-conscious built environment.  As an Architect I feel it is my responsibility to familiarize myself with every scope of work to be able to successfully deliver an integral project that meets the clients needs and budget and is environmentally responsible and aesthetically pleasing.
