This OBGYN Clinic is a renovation on the second floor of an existing three-story building. The scope of this renovation includes: Patient Services, Administration, and Staff Support Space.

The intent for this scope of work was to match a broader renovation that was simultaneously occurring on the same floor. My role included collaborating and consulting with the client to seamlessly tie in this scope of work with the other renovation occurring. Also, my duties were to produce construction documents, select / coordinate finishes, submit for building permit, answer RFI's, return submittals, meet on site during construction, and become the main point of contact during Construction Administration
