Two basic volumes, one stereotomic and stone and the other tectonic and vitreous, form a building of clear volumetry and rigorous structure.
A Stone plinth with a patio surrounded by research areas and a glass tower
that holds the reading rooms and opens to landscape conform the two basic elements.
