Mod-U is an ADU project that offers an innovative approach to modular construction that is energy efficient, eco-friendly, and built with high strength concrete. Strata International Group's unique SABS Building System Technology provides customers with a one of a kind product that is designed to last. The modulars are built using EPS foam, which is an innovative material is made up of 94% air, making it not only 100% eco-friendly but also 100% recyclable.
