The project stands on the southwest corner of 8th and Grand Avenue. Converting office space in an existing office high rise in Downtown Los Angeles was quite an undertaking. The top 14 floors--which were formerly office space--now, encompass luxury condominiums. In addition, to the residences atop the Sky Lofts, the carport below was revamped with a contemporary, organic paving pattern that blends the indoor-outdoor space, leading one into the lobby. Along the western wall stands a water walls and sustainable landscaping such as bamboo.

My Role: As part of the production team, my responsibilities included producing construction documents for the top fourteen floors--the newly converted condominiums; refining the color palette for the carport; and working on the material board for client approval.
