This Spanish Mediterranean Style Mixed-Use development sits north of Westwood Village, one block east of the University of California at Los Angeles. The 300+ senior citizen apartment complex sits above street level retail stores, lending itself to both the residents and the college community.

My Role: Responsibilities involved rendering the final Design Review Board Submittal (which passed) and was posted on billboards at the job site. A Carport prototype model was also built. Periodic job walks were conducted during construction.
