Dacha 9-18 is the project of a village in Moscow agglomeration. Typical suburban allotments here are compositions of privately owned patches in densely packed rows. The idea of a courtyard type clasters adds a new form of ownership to the map. Enclosed pieces of land are designed to be shared by neighbours and a program of that vast common area is to reflect the will of its co-owners. Multiple houses’ designs unified by silhouette, plan layout, material selection and details were produced based on various family structures.
