The Client wanted to add a detached Building in the backyard of her lot with an Existing Main House. We proposed a 492 square feet Building with a Sloped Roof to allow attic space as well as give the ceiling a nice height. Other details would be a large enough bay window and a small deck. 

We prepared the Architectural Construction Drawing Set and attained a Permit. The project is ready for construction. The Client may start construction based on her convenience.
