The existing lot in Palmdale, CA consisted of an abandoned parking lot with a building that was used for meetings.

The goal of this project was to add a new Auto Electric Repair Shop against the back property wall as well as redesign the parking and landscape to fulfill the requirements and needs of that program and the existing building since it will also be used.

The proposal of the Auto Electric Shop was for it to be able to repair 4 cars at the same time.
