Warren Street Penthouse

This renovation and addition converted a commercial manufacturing building in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City into four lofts and a duplex penthouse apartment. To create the duplex a new floor was added to the building. The resulting penthouse unit was designed to be open and opulent with high ceilings, glass flooring, and large windows and skylights working together to flood spaces in natural light.

Radiant heated stone floors, recessed halogen lighting and custom details all make for a clean, contemporary feel. The penthouse is designed to flow out onto an outdoor terrace. Exposed brick walls preserve the rustic loft feel while highly polished details such as glass tiles and doors make the space fresh and light. Additional features include a custom made glass stair, natural stone throughout and durable, well-appointed bathrooms and kitchen.
