This dwelling facility is located on
a rather sloping terrain, which
caused terraced shape. Also, the lot
is very narrow, so the wider sides
are facing the surrounding hills. This
caused the difficulties in watching
the open sea from the wide side
oriented units. This was solved with
overhanging and alternating terraces
from the facade planes
