The irregular shape of the lot
(much greater in length than
width) resulted in form of this dwelling
unit. The facades are designed
in order to achieve contrast in
dark and bright colour with sliding
shutters as the protection from the
Mediterranean sun. Used materials:
reinforced concrete, wood and
aluminium shutters
