Design is inherently a team sport. From coworkers to consultants and clients to stakeholders, successfully realizing a design demands the reconciliation of aesthetic, tectonic, social, legal, and ethical considerations.
My aspiration is to show up at the table with generosity, a perspective founded on my background as a maker, an openness to change, and a commitment to expanding who sits at the table.

I joined the team working on the David Geffen Hall renovation at Lincoln Center while the project was just entering SD. During the earlier phases of the project, I ran the programming effort for the back of house which included reconciling the requirements of the two clients — NYP and LC — with the challenges of the existing structure.
Additionally, I developed presentation documents and ran both meetings with the clients and workshops with the musicians of the Philharmonic. I also took a leadership role in the CA team, where my responsibilities included managing the design team and coordinating with the client and contractor.
In March 2020, Lincoln Center and the NY Philharmonic decided to leverage the lost time due to the Covid pandemic by accelerating the design and construction schedule by two years.
On October 7th 2022, the NY Philharmonic played the first public concert in their new home. Ultimately, the hall opened on budget ($550m) and within this accelerated timeline. To date, the reviews have been positive.

I worked on LaGuardia Airport Terminal B ($4.5b) from DD-CA. My work on the drawing set included detailing high end finishes, developing the vertical transportation, refining interior elevations, and designing the check-in kiosks.
My background in construction management allowed me to take a leadership role in the CA process. My responsibilities included structural and MEP coordination for both the core and shell and the envelope.
Since opening, the new terminal has won numerous awards, including UNESCO’s Prix Versailles.
