A simple project with a not-so-simple execution. This multi-use facility incorporates many amenities such as a pool area, gym, and retail within residences 1/2 away from the mall of Georgia. The project is currently ongoing with the biggest challenges being the placement of the parking deck.

The north end of the site drops off sharply. The configuration and placement of the parking deck/lot created a precarious situation of the parking deck being close to the edge of the drop off. The project is currently still in progress.
