The project was a two story Type V steel reinforced lab that serviced the districts' water treatment labs and research facility. It contained six fully addressable labs with fume hoods, tables, storage of samples and analyzing hazardous waste samples. Projects required redesign of the labs to meet the new administrators' requirements during construction.
