Restoration and conversation of a pre1900 two story building with a added basement in 1930 to a performing arts center and recording studio with  climate controlled storage space for a collection of stereo scope slides. Remove and replace structural beams and columns. Add connections for seismic restraints and tie together all existing structural elements to comply with current codes.
