Sophisticated Luxury Penthouse, Trump Hollywood:

Breathtaking, two-story oceanfront Penthouse high-rise, located in Hollywood Beach, Florida. It includes an 11,000 square foot floor plan, with 2,000 square feet of wrap-around balcony. It has panoramic views of the Atlantic, the Intracoastal, and the city skyline from the 45th floor.

Natalia Neverko Design created a unique modern living experience using top of the line materials, such as the beautiful custom Italian furniture throughout and the spectacular lighting. The design showcases brands such as FormItalia and Schonbek. Our design was created through blending our client’s desires with Natalia Neverko’s experience in high-end interior design. Our vision was used to create our client’s second dream home. The award-winning condo has been featured in design magazines world-wide.

The kitchen had formerly been enclosed, which minimized the use of space and waterfront ambiance. With the new design several walls were turned down to create a grand space, linking the kitchen to the living room and dining room area. Natalia Neverko Design completely transformed the kitchen and dining room into an open space across the condo. The views of the larger public space and the surrounding water are breathtaking. The designer used 40 x 40 all white tile throughout the apartment as a clean base. Her sophisticated use of color stands out and brings the outdoors in. Every single step of the Luxo staircase is adorned by rays of light, thanks to a back-lit LED central steel insert throughout. A magical nocturnal atmosphere irradiates the environment. Soft sensations of light blurs the hard architecture of the staircase with the rest of its surroundings.
