Our proposal for the 42nd avenue is to bring water to the street in various ways such as steam, rain and rivers. In fact, we want 42nd avenue to be a public space in which people are able to feel water, see water, and use it as an essence. In the new 42nd avenue people would be able to become cool with cool steam in summer, or warm by warm steam in winter. They would walk along a river on the street in summer as well as playing with snow and ice in winter.
