This project is located on the outskirts of Shanghai’s southern region where the new proposed QEBP (Qiboa Ecological Business Park) is being rapidly built.
The site area consist of the West pacel and East Parcel combined totals 83,750sqm.
Culturally inspired, the project’s architectural language translates Chinese calligraphy into form organized as a poem.
At the heart of the project, the Central Plaza (Dragon District) provides an active gathering space of leisure, relaxation and entertainment. Multiple sightlines radiate horizontally, connecting the neighboring district of the office park (Forrest) to the F&B village (Water) and HQ for Powerlong  (Rock)
