The site is located in the core of the downtown Hangzhou, adjacent to the West Lake Cultural Square and the Innovation Street of Zhongshan Road, which completes the stately image of the Zhejiang Printing Group. Based on the culture of the enterprise and the landscape, the concept of this design is conceived  from  the  waving  beauty and  momentum of  the  West Lake. Its facade also resembles a stack of printing paper being caressed, symbolizing the opening of a new chapter for the enterprise. The elevations of the main body dialogue with the city's key areas, whose corrugated facade works in concert with the West Lake. The functions of the building are distributed vertically; the creative industries at the bottom, business conference center in the middle and the offices upside. The design of the building envelope clearly guides the movement of visitors. The landscape design of both inside and outside spaces has incorporated energy saving technologies.
