Along the borders of Central Park, the commercial areas and skyscrapers, with a very low density, are allowing only privileged people live and experience the park while unprivileged people are getting further against the original objective of the park, to be the democratic space of New York City. In the context of a privatized Central Park er extract five different and parallel scenarios throughout the park to experiment different possible approaches. Each stripe is a narrative that speculates a more democratic and public reading of Central Park, by using different programs, design approaches and types of stay.
