The client had a need to support the activities of the senior citizens. An existing area within the Municipal Building was selected to be renovated into a new senior activity center. The client had a very modest budget to complete the project. The design team worked closely with the township to maximize

construction funding.

The new senior activity center includes a large multi-purpose room, pantry area, storage rooms, internet cafe, and game room.

The project was designed, bid and completed in less than 12 months, to comply with the client’s immediate need for the center.
