A bare concrete shell was renovated into an open-plan architecture studio, featuring 5 meter ceiling, an intimate gallery space and a glass-sided conference cube. The rawness of materials was celebrated with exposed steel steel and concrete, and offset by a warm wooden floor and large expanses of clear glass.
