Sustainability and energy efficiency were requirements as well as creating functional and well-illuminated workspaces in a location closely surrounded by high rise buildings. To achieve that, the tower is designed to maximize daylight thought the whole day placing thermal efficient glass walls carrying photovoltaic cells facing east and west, which enables natural light during morning and afternoon, wile produces free-renewable energy. In addition, the tower is equipped with a Building Automation System, efficient water system, a pneumatic waste collection and a smart parking systems that helps maximizing the parking space.
