WHAT I DO:

• Responsible for the overall management and operation of Kelly's Amalgamated Services in St. Kitts (Principal) in collaboration with my daughter Mrs Keleesha Kelly-Challenger B. Arch providing the following services:- Project Management, Planning & Development, Project Implementation, Architectural Designing & Drawing, Estimating, Property Appraisals, and Construction Management.

• I am an IAAF International Official - Area Technical Official (ATO) for North America, Central America and the Caribbean (NACAC):  As a result I am appointed at least once a year to officiate at track and field meets in NACAC.  I am also an IAAF Technical Officials Education Certification System (TOECS) Level 1 Lecturer - Lecture, train and certify Level 1 Technical Officials.
