He worked on a wide range of building types including single family residence, condo, workplace interior, Factory, warehouse, educational and retail buildings. Two freestanding ground up retail shops both cold dark shell construction with no rooftop HVAC. A covered patio with a free standing pre-engineered canopy in between the two buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Preliminary design, elevation rendering, Code research
- CD set preparation
- Coordination with the MEP and Structural engineers
- Permit Application and Submittal to the city of Augusta
- Com-check calculation for building envelop
- Drawing revision based on plan review comments by the city
- Task delegation, team work supervision, providing training to juniors as required
- Communication with the regulatory agencies
- Construction Administration document reviewing
2. Truck Maintenance Facility at McDonough GA
It's a pre-engineered, turnkey speculative metal building w/ 16,000 SF light duty repair bay and 4,000 SF office. The repair bays will be heated only w/ shell delivery, while the office will be fully built and climate controlled.
Responsibilities:
- Code review and Prelim Drawings
- CD set preparation
- Supervising technician's drawings
- Reaching out engineers for proposals
3. Wine Store at Greenville, SC
It's a 1,400 SF upfit suite for a wine store that'll have wine retail, wine education, sampling bar, small food prep area and ADA washroom.
Responsibilities:
- Document and field measure the existing site
- Prepare as built drawing
- Preliminary Drawings (demo plan, proposed plan, RCP, Life safety plan, toilet details, wall details)
- Drawing submittal for city approval.
