LOcated in the al-wista region of Duqm, Oman, The Sands resort is a Tourist resort project of ministry of tourism. Proposed over a vast span of 50,000 sqm, the the resort houses a hotel, two restaurants, spa, staff accomodation and various number of chalets. Proposed to be built in two phases, the first phase of design comprising of hotel, chalets , spa and restaurant are currently under construction. The design caters to the extreme weather, the local style and history of the place.
