The client, Mr. Gulabsi khimji is a prominent businessman of Muscat. The bungalow consist of 4 floors - basement, ground, first and pent. The basement houses a large entertainment den area, along with service areas and servants quarters. The ground floor, which has living, dining, kitchen area and a guest room spills out to an open backyard with swimming pool and garden area. On the first floor are bedrooms and family areas along with a puja room and study, and the pent floor is a private area with master bedroom, bathroom. The house design is a mix of contemporary and vernacular style, with the interiors simple and elegant.
