La Jacaranda

This work allows exploration and rescue of the minimum measurements in space for housing. The solution of the project is based on the optimization of the square meters that are to solve the raised needs program. With a front of 6m House expands inside to have a ladder of a single ramp, thus eliminating the possibility of losing twice as much space to be presented with a typical double-ramp staircase. The provision of floor space is linear and circulations are defined as part of each space, there are no corridors that removing the spaces m2, only there are lobbies. Each bedroom or bathroom, the living room or the kitchen are articulated by way of gear for a better functional performance and space-saving. The House is located in North-East to South West. This achieves the living room and master bedroom who form the main facade is ventilated and illuminated naturally, while in the back, kitchen and two bedrooms illuminate and ventilate through a small garden that also rescues the Sun of the South to dispel it at the inside and generate an atmosphere of comfort, always illuminated. This House makes us clear that all housing small appearing can provide spaces functional, pleasant and beautiful if it is conceived and designed with creativity and awareness.
