THIS HOUSE ALSO MAINTAINS A SECOND FLOOR THAT WORKS INDEPENDENTLY AND IS HOME TO A FAMILY FORMED BY A TEACHER AND HER DAUGHTER. THE SECOND LEVEL CONSISTS OF REFORM DATING FROM 15 YEARS AGO.HOUSE WHICH CORRESPONDS TO LOW PLANT HAD GROWTH ANARCHIC, GENERATING SPACES UNWOUND WITHOUT ANY CONNECTION, WITHOUT SPECIFIC AREAS, HAVING A QUARTER OF ACCESS, AN ELONGATED SPACE, LIKELY LIVING - DINING, 2 BEDROOMS INTERCONNECTING, A COURTYARD IN THE MIDDLE WITH A BATH NOT ONLY REDUCED SIZE AT ITS PLANT BUT AT ITS HEIGHT, AFTER THIS SPACE ANOTHER ROOM DOING THE FUNCTION OF COOKING AND TOPPING THESE CONSTRUCTIONS WITH A TOTALLY ABANDONED COURTYARD AND WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE TRACES)ITS WALLS) OF THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTIONTHIS CONSTRUCTION HAS THE FOLLOWING BORDERS: NORTH ADJOINS ONE ORCHARD AND A WATER CHANNEL WHICH DESCENDS FROM THE CERRO DE SAN MIGUEL, TO THE SOUTH WITH THE 3 STREET WEST, TO THE EAST WITH A OLD OF A LEVEL THAT HOUSE PROBABLY WAS THE SERVICE AREA OF THE MANOR HOUSE THAT PROBABLY COVERED THE ENTIRE BLOCK AND PART OF THE GARDEN AND TO THE WEST WITH A HOSPITAL THAT KEEPS COLONIAL OR NEOCLASSICAL STYLE OUTSIDE.
INTERVENTION (REFORM): THE IDEA OF THIS PROJECT INITIAL WAS TRYING TO CREATE A SPACE THAT WOULD GIVE THE IMPRESSION OF SPATIAL EXTENT (WHO PHYSICALLY CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED DIMENSIONS), ALSO ACHIEVE A FUNCTIONAL CONTINUITY BETWEEN SPACES TO ACHIEVE A DEVELOPMENT MORE CLEAR AND LOGICAL TO THE USER, THE LIGHT ALSO WAS SUBJECT OF INTEREST, IN THIS CASE WAS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE THE RESCUE OF A SMALL COURTYARD THAT ALREADY EXISTED AND WHICH WAS FINALLY RESCUED AND GROWN IN DIMENSIONS. FINALLY IT DECIDED THAT MOST OF THE SPACES OF THE HOUSE SHOULD ROTATE AROUND THE MENTIONED PATIO AND THIS AT THE SAME TIME WOULD BE THE STAGE TO PRESENT THE DIALOGUE BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT, BETWEEN A WORK ALREADY TIRED AND THE INTERVENTION OF NEW ELEMENTS THAT WOULD COME TO GIVE LIFE TO AN OLD SPACE.
