Additions and alterations to a California Bungalow house, including a new first floor, rear ground floor, and garage. The original house facing the street was retained, and a new garage excavated under. The new additions are externally in keeping with the original house but internally contemporary creating bright open planning that maximises the harbour views and breezes.
