Palexpo is a convention center located in Geneva, close to the International Airport, and is the home to inumerous annual expositions. Its main event is the historical Geneva Auto Show.  The original building dates back to 1981 and after several expansions it grew up to seven halls and more than a million sq ft. of exhibition space.  In 2010, a new 60’000 sq ft exibition space was comissioned among other interior renovations.
The challenge here was to create a brand new and contemporary  façade that respected the existing building, but at the same time, could stand up as the flagship exibition space.
