Ktima House is based in two elements: the existing walls of the terrain (at different levels) and the platforms created by those walls. The elevations of the house are essentially two broken lines created as an extension to these existing walls. The distance generated in-between the two elevations allows a communal terrace. Topography helps to dissimulate the house in the site
